01 Do I need line of sight to a tower?
For fixed-wireless kits, yes — that is what the free site survey checks. Where line of sight is impossible we quote a satellite kit instead, which only needs a clear view of the sky.
02 What happens during heavy rain?
Satellite links can dim in intense downpours. Dual-path sites fail over to the terrestrial link automatically, and every kit ships with a weather-rated enclosure. Sustained degradation counts against the uptime target on SLA plans.
03 Is there a contract?
Residential plans are month to month with 30 days' notice. Enterprise plans run on a 12-month term, which is what waives the installation fee.
04 Can I move the kit to another address?
Yes. Relocation is a paid site survey plus reinstall, and the monthly price only changes if the new address needs a different kit class.
05 How do payments work?
Monthly invoice by email, payable by bank transfer or at any agent branch. Enterprise accounts can be billed quarterly against a purchase order.
06 What if the connection goes down?
The NOC usually sees it first. Call or WhatsApp the support line; the response target is next business day on residential plans and four hours on Flat High and Enterprise.
