Dual-path routing
Satellite and terrestrial links run side by side. When one degrades, sessions move across without dropping the call.

The network
Engineered for terrain,
Engineered for terrain,
not for brochures.
Mountains, monsoon season and long single-track roads break ordinary networks. Every part of Vorakai Gateway is chosen for what happens after the installer drives away.
Weather-hardened kit
IP66 enclosures, sealed connectors and mast hardware rated for the wet season, not just the showroom.
Local agent network
Trained agents across the municipalities. Your installer is someone who lives in the district, not a call-out from Dili.
24/7 NOC monitoring
Every gateway reports in every 30 seconds. We usually open the ticket before you notice the problem.
Private by default
WPA3 on the local side, encrypted transport upstream, and no traffic inspection or resale. Ever.
Off-grid ready
Solar and battery backup packages keep the link alive through outages that last days, not minutes.
How it works
Online in four steps
Most addresses go from first call to first megabit inside a week.
01
Tell us where you are
Send the form below or call. We check the municipality against the live coverage map the same day.
02
Free site survey
An agent visits, checks line of sight, mast height and power, and confirms which kit fits your site.
03
Installation
Mount, align, configure, test. Two to three hours for most homes; a half day for enterprise sites.
04
Handover and monitoring
You get speed-test results on paper, and your gateway joins the NOC dashboard from minute one.
Coverage
Every municipality.
Every municipality.
Including the awkward ones.
We run a gateway node in Dili, with agent branches carrying stock in each municipality. If your address is off the map today, tell us. Coverage requests are how we decide where the next node goes.
